Amanda & Anthony were such a joy to work with! We absolutely LOVED Amanda's style of Martha Stewart meets Southern Weddings. She chose to have a daytime, Sunday wedding, and a soft color scheme of green, blue, & ivory. The sunlight was the perfect accent to the wedding, and helped create the perfect atmosphere for a garden wedding. Amanda looked stunning and soft, in her simple ivory gown and pearls! Hollis Gardens was a UNIQUE setting, and offered just the right amount of decor, nothing else was needed. The groomsmen did not wear suit jackets, but rather ties and suspenders. The bridesmaids wore short green, strapless dresses. The guests were greeted by a tree of hanging escort cards. The fireplace was decorated with a clothesline of engagement photos and bunches of baby's breath. The ceiling was covered in multi-colored Chinese lanterns. Three different kinds of centerpieces graced the guest tables, from organic and natural to modern and clean. Ivory linens and black garden chairs filled the room. The sweetheart table had flowers growing from a bed of moss on the tabletop. The simple white cake was accented with beads and a stem of white phalenopsis orchids, atop a light blue pintuck linen. The cake was framed off with ivory lanterns and parasols, and was definitely the focal point in the room!
Amanda & Anthony, thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day! Please enjoy your life together!
