In order to contrast Julie & Flo's wedding design of "Bling with Modern, Romantic Touches," we opted for a Moroccan design utilizing a multi color scheme and eclectic touches. The colors of the night consisted of lime, eggplant, fuchsia, ocean, and tangerine. With some sheer ceiling draping, hanging candleholders, and uplighting in fuchsia and blue, the room had a fun, dramatic feel. We had a combination of hi-top and low-top tables for the guests, and a central table, which featured a monogrammed ice sculpture. The guests enjoyed an array of comfort foods, cocktail shrimp, and fruit served in a martini glass. To create that Moroccan, eclectic atmosphere, each table had a different kind of centerpiece. Gerber daisies, a special request by the bride, orchids, and tall grasses were used in UNIQUE ways at each table to create loads of interest. Different elements such as peacock feathers, beads, and cut glass candleholders were displayed throughout the room. There was something new everywhere you looked! The bride had a surprise for the groom, a cake that resembled a Hennessey bottle, his personal favorite. Each of the guests left with a personalized box filled with all kinds of goodies to make sure that they enjoyed their stay in the St. Pete Beach area. Julie and Flo were able to enjoy some personal time with their family and friends before all of the excitement that was waiting the next day.
Julie & Flo, it was such a joy to work on your Rehearsal Party! We love when our clients give us the freedom to do what we do best! You challenged us, and I hope that we truly delivered, by creating an elegant, fun atmosphere for you to enjoy with your family and friends!
